Sigma Tau was founded on the Fresno State campus on November 10, 1921, and in 1951, the Sigma Tau alumni petitioned Sigma Chi International for affiliation. Their application was accepted, and Sigma Tau affiliated with Sigma Chi International on February 21, 1952. We will celebrate the 100th year of Sigma Tau/Sigma Chi on the Fresno State campus during our April 30, 2022 dinner beginning at 5:30 PM at Pardini’s Banquets & Catering, 2257 West Shaw Avenue in Fresno, Below is the schedule:
Saturday, April 30 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM there will be an open house at the Chapter House at 1456 East Bulldog Lane in Fresno. There will be self -guided tours, but a few Active Chapter brothers will be there to provide directions and to answer questions.
Saturday, April 30 from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM the dinner will begin at Pardini’s Catering, 2257 West Shaw Avenue in Fresno. The cost for the dinner for brothers is $160 which includes our new 206 page hard-bound book chronicling our history, Epsilon Eta’s First 100 Years, and a commemorative medallion. The book was written by a collaboration of 86 Fresno State Sigs from all over the United States over the last two years. The cost for guests is $90.00 each which includes the dinner only.
