At the November 18, 2021 Fresno Sigma Chi alumni monthly dinner, Brother Warren Williams (61-S) received the Epsilon Eta Outstanding Alumni Award. Warren won the Outstanding Pledge Award in the spring of 1961 and has dedicated his life to the support of the Epsilon Eta Chapter. As an alumnus Brother Williams served on the House Corporation from about 1984 to about 2001, and he served at least one year as President. He has been a long-standing contributor to the Alumni Chapter and has served as President. Brother Williams and his wife Chris have supported the silent auction at the Annual Wine Tasting Event raising money for the Sigma Chi Scholarship Endowment.
Also at the November 18 dinner, Brother Bill Robinson (F-70) received the Epsilon Eta Outstanding Alumni Award. Bill was the first recipient of the Epsilon Eta President’s Citation for over four decades of service to the Epsilon Eta Chapter and the Sigma Chi Fraternity. Brother Robinson has served on the Alumni Chapter and House Corporation Board of Directors beginning in 1984. He continues to serve as Secretary of the Alumni Chapter and is an everlasting advisor to the House Corporation. He most recently was instrumental in defeat of a non-Greek apartment project adjacent to the chapter house. Brother Robinson was the creator Alumni Chapter’s SIGnificant News that is now published electronically today.
